Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
MBSR is an intensive eight-week training in mindfulness awareness. Groups meet weekly for two hours and for an all-day session between weeks six and seven.
This eight-week experiential learning program will provide:

Audio Recordings of weekly meditations

Instruction in gentle stretching and mindful yoga

Daily home assignments to develop Mindfulness

Guided instruction on mindfulness meditation practices
Each class builds upon the previous session. Topics include stress management, the
mind-body connection, healthy relationship interactions and coping with feelings, emotional and physical pain
