Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction


MBSR is the full 8 week intensive curriculum - two and a half hour weekly training in various forms of mindfulness meditation.


Participants learn various forms of seated, walking and gentle yoga as forms of meditation.  Each week new topics related to every-day stressors are introduced, discussed to develop a practice of non-reactivity and equanimity.  


Topics include stress management, the 

mind-body connection, healthy relationship interactions and coping with emotions and

physical pain

 This experiential learning program provides:

  • Guided instruction on mindfulness meditation practices

  • Audio Recordings of weekly meditations

  • Instruction in gentle stretching and mindful yoga​​​​​​

  • Daily home assignments to cultivate mindfulness.

Mindfulness Workshops


All Mindfulness Workshops are based on the MBSR priniciples.  Full day, weekend or full week are some of the options offered and custom designed to meet the needs of  specific organization or group of people.
