Sara Edmonds is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the addictions and mental health field offering an individualized approach to therapeutic counseling and recovery. Sara has worked with families traumatized by addiction and the many facets of grief and loss felt when a loved one is or has been addicted to substances.


Sara has offered support and guidance to individuals with dual diagnosis as well as many who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. With a mind-body-spirit approach, Sara seeks to support people in becoming their own agents of change through finding meaning in their individual circumstances or stressors.


Sara understands that people seek counseling for a variety of reasons and as such, her counseling modalities are tailored to each client’s needs and goals.


Sara earned her Master of Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and has certification as a Traumatic Loss body work practitioner as well as an End of Life Doula certification through INELDA.
